Cancel Subscription & Delete Account

How do I cancel my subscription?
A= You need to login to paypal and cancel it there.

Here is how to do it:
1) Log in to your PayPal account.
2) Click Profile at the top of the page.
3) Under Financial Information, click Recurring Payments, Pay List, or Pre-approvals List to find your payment.
4) Select the payment, and then click Cancel.

PLEASE NOTE: we are not able to cancel your subscriptions for you. You agreed to cancel your own subscription upon subscribing. Please do not email us asking us to do this. Cancelling a subscription will downgrade your account the moment you cancel, You will not be able to use your splash pages after you cancel a subscription. You MUST have an active subscription to use our services. We do not offer refunds for part months lost because of subscription cancellation before the end of the month.

How do I delete my account?
A= to delete your account you will need to email us using the contact page in the menu at the bottom of this page. Please note: we use a third party mailing service so to stop receiving emails from us you will need to click the unsubscribe/remove link at the bottom of one of the emails you got from us (Not found on welcome emails)
